JustCancel is designed as a guidance tool. The current planner runs in the browser and does not require an account, password, bank login, or payment card number.

If statement analysis is added later, the product should ask users to redact personal information before upload and should not request full account numbers or online banking credentials.

Directory corrections and product feedback sent by email are used only to improve the service and respond when appropriate.
