How to cancel Cancel Netflix
Cancel Netflix through your account settings or your app store if billed there.
Where did you subscribe?
Web Browser
Log in to Netflix
Go to netflix.com and sign in with your account email and password.
Open Account Page
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Account'.
Cancel Membership
Under 'Membership & Billing', click 'Cancel Membership'.
Confirm Cancellation
Review the information and click 'Finish Cancellation' to confirm.
iOS App
Open Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Open Subscriptions
Tap your Apple ID name, then tap 'Subscriptions'.
Select Netflix
Find and tap Netflix in the list of active subscriptions.
Cancel Subscription
Tap 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm.
Android App
Open Play Store
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Go to Subscriptions
Tap your profile icon and select 'Payments & subscriptions' then 'Subscriptions'.
Select Netflix
Tap Netflix from the list of subscriptions.
Cancel Subscription
Tap 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts.
